2024 Chico Outdoor Expo Sponsorships

Title Sponsor:

• One Sponsor at $5,000.00 or Two Co-Sponsors at $2,500.00 each

• Sponsorship to Include:

• • Exclusive naming rights to the event
  • Name/Logo on all advertising banners displayed in the community prior to the show
  • Name/Logo on event banner at Main Entrance
  • Name/Logo on flyers to be distributed and posted prior to the show
  • Radio, social media, and other media recognition
  • 10+ DJ announcements throughout the show
  • 10 x 40 indoor booth space
  • Outdoor space available as necessary

• • If event is co-sponsored, exclusive naming rights would be shared with co-sponsor and the admission passes would be divided equally between co-sponsors as well.

• 1 Available

• $1,200.00

• Sponsorship to include:

• • Banner with name/logo on the stage during performance
  • Name/Logo on flyers to be distributed and posted prior to the show
  • Band announcement of sponsor
  • DJ announcements throughout the show
  • Radio, social media, and other media recognition
  • 10 general admission passes

Saturday Night Opening Band/Acoustic Entertainment Sponsor:

• $500.00 each

• Amount Available TBD

• Sponsorship to include:

• • Banner with name/logo on the stage during performance
  • Name/Logo on flyers to be distributed and posted prior to the show
  • Band announcement of sponsor
  • DJ announcement before and during performance
  • Social media recognition
  • 5 general admission passes

Friends of Chico Outdoors Sponsor:

• $50.00 - $250.00 each

• Unlimited amount available

• Sponsorship to include:

• • Name/Logo on “Friends of Chico Outdoors” banner at Main Entrance
    • Size dependent on amount of sponsors
  • DJ recognition once at the beginning and once at the end of the show
  • 1 general admission pass for every $50.00 sponsored
